How to Order

If you would like to purchase any of our products, you can do so by email, telephone or post. Unfortunately we do not have fax facilities. See the order form for current prices. If you have placed an order with us before, it is helpful if you provide your PFFT number (printed on your previous tax invoice(s)).
To order via email, you can either fill in the order form and attach it to your email, or simply list your order in the body of the email. Send your order to orders@fairtrade.asn.au, and don’t forget to provide your postal address.
Telephone
We have a separate phone line and answering machine set up in our house for PFFT. As volunteers, we are not always available to take calls in person and you may need to place your order by leaving a message. If you’d like to speak to someone, it would be best to call in the evening, as then you’d be more likely to catch us. Our phone number is:

Delivery
We pack orders on Thursdays, and post them via Australia Post on Fridays. You can also arrange to collect your order from Clayton from Friday onwards.
Payment
When you place an order, we will enclose a tax invoice, payable within 30 days. Payment is by cheque/money order in the mail, cash in person, or direct deposit into our bank account (see the invoice for our banking details and use your PFFT number as the description). Unfortunately we do not have credit card facilities.
